The University of Rio Grande is a dry campus. Therefore we will not be serving alcohol at the reception. The use of tobacco is also prohibited while on the premises.

You may park alongside the gravel road or by the shelter house. We will have caution tape/signs up to tell you where to park/where not to park.

When you come to the light in Rio, turn left. Then, turn right onto Bevo Francis Drive. Then, turn left onto the gravel road ( Gatewood Trails Road) and follow the gravel road until you reach the shelter house/pond). We will have signs to point you in the right direction!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! If that means a dress, go for it! If you feel more comfortable in jeans, that’s fine too! Our reception and wedding will be outside so we ask that you dress in something you are warm in, incase it is chilly!

We ask that you RSVP no later than September 14th so that we can get a head count for food & seating!
