It was nearing the 1 year anniversary of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I just celebrated my "at home" very expensive graduation, and BONUS, I was home for the holidays.

For months, every time I posted on Instagram, I noticed one consistency, "cwilliams_72 liked your photo".

"Stalker" I thought, but I also noticed that he was posting nearly everyday with the caption "someone add me" along side his Snapchat information.

Granted, I have known Chris for as long as I can remember and even had classes with him in high school. Never in a million years did I think someone who played football would be so nervous to talk to me, but apparently he was. Eventually, I thought to myself, what do I have to lose? He was super funny in school and pretty cute... So why not entertain the idea of talking to someone over the holiday season, there isn't any harm in that... right?

WRONG, it was like an instant click, almost as if we were still in high school! Talking with Chris was so easy and although the very first date was Taco Bell and only I ate... this just felt different.

Before I knew it I was thinking about moving back to Wellston from Toledo.. something I swore I would NEVER do!! I also started thinking about a future another thing I swore I would NEVER have.., but here we are! Thinking about a future together, and planning a wedding!!

I am so excited for our future and even more excited to have each and every one of you by my side!
