Our story began in early 2020, when we connected on a dating app. Our first date was a leisurely walk with the dogs at Forest Park. What started as a simple stroll turned into a 7-mile adventure, filled with laughter and deep conversation that lasted for hours. We learned of our mutual love of espresso martinis, STL, and and of course Daisy and Goose. The dogs hit it off, and so did we.

From that day forward, we were nearly inseparable. We spent countless cozy nights together, with movie marathons ranging from Avengers to Harry Potter (and everything in between). Mason quickly won Abbey's heart with his incredible cooking skills, especially his "famous" chocolate chip cookies—so good, they became a staple in our relationship.

After more than three years together, Mason planned a surprise trip to New York City over Christmas. In the heart of the city, surrounded by the magic of the holiday season, he proposed in Central Park. To make the moment even more special, Abbey’s sisters were there to celebrate, having flown in from Missouri to witness the unforgettable moment.

It was truly the Christmas of Abbey's dreams—a perfect blend of love, family, and the magic of New York.
