Where should I book a hotel?

We have a block of rooms reserved for July 11–13, 2025, at the Monte Carlo Inn – Downtown Markham (7255 Warden Avenue). Please be sure to book at this location and not the Woodbine location.

How do I book?

By phone – Call (905) 752-2700 or toll-free 1-877-752-2788 (US & Canada) and mention the group name "Jurgeneit".

How much does a room cost?

1 King Bed: $209.90 + taxes per night (based on single/double occupancy).

An extra $25 per night applies for a 3rd and 4th adult (ages 12+).

Rollaway beds & cribs are available for $20 + taxes per night.

What’s included in the rate?

Complimentary continental breakfast (7 AM – 10 AM)

Free parking, local calls, and high-speed internet

Access to a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

What are the booking deadlines and policies?

Book by: June 11, 2025. After this date, reservations will be based on availability and regular pricing.

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation policy: You can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival (before 11 AM the day before check-in). Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for one night.
