Abbey & Connor started dating on July 16th, 2013. Connor asked Abbey to go on a walk around his neighborhood, with the walk ending in his neighbor's backyard under her gazebo, where he asked her to be his girlfriend. That story may sound familiar because that is the same way he proposed.

Abbey & Connor's relationship has been filled with laughter, starting back in High School at football games & school dances. Abbey attended UW Oshkosh for her freshman year of college, then transferred to Edgewood College for the rest of her college career. Connor attended UW Madison for both undergraduate and graduate degree. The two of them made countless memories together during college, especially at UW Badger football games and with his fraternity, Alpha Delta Phi.

After Connor graduated with his Masters in Accounting from UW Madison, the two of them decided to move somewhere a little warmer. Arizona was their next adventure.

Connor started his career as a CPA, while Abbey pursued her love of children by being a nanny. The two of them then rescued their dog, Natty.

March 2023 Abbey found a lump & was diagnosed with Classic Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Abbey beat cancer in September 2023 & we cannot wait to celebrate with everyone July 2024.
