Our Wedding

They met how they have met most of their friends in life: through swimming. They were in the same class at Cal, so started their college journey together as freshmen. Both being on the team, they were surrounded by the same friends and were together all of the time. From teammates, to friends, to best friends, to dating, it sounds like a simple story, but for him it was a waiting game. He would tell you he knew from the start, eagerly waiting for her to get past her friendship phase, and she would tell you "we were just best friends." Although all of their friends knew along with him, it took her a while to realize. Come the fall of 2018, after a few failed attempts to get her on an official date, she agreed, and the rest is history. After spending 4 years of college together, building their relationship, their friendships, and their life, they moved in together in 2021 and found themselves with two crazy puppies who they couldn't live without. One of the things they share in common is their love for gathering their friends and family and being around those they cherish. With that said, they can't wait to see you and celebrate all together in Napa!

Madi is also my older cousin, and Beth’s twin. Growing up it has always been the 3 of us together.

We met in 2019 when she came to Cal to swim. She is one of the sweetest souls out there and has become like a little sister to me.

Maggie was a diver at Cal and my freshman year roommate. She has been a close friend since.

All of my friends I met through swimming. I have known Mike and Ogden since I was little, and they have both been two of my best friends since. Mike then went on to swim at Cal with me. Ryan Hoffer and I met swimming in 2014 during Jr team meets and also went on to swim at Cal together. Shane, Karl, Ethan and I met at Cal where we were in the same graduating class. They were my best friends through college and still are to this day.

Eric is my older brother, I am honored to have him stand with me.

Airports

For those of you that are flying in, there are 3 airports that are similar distance to Napa. Napa does have its own airport but it is extremely small and doesn't have many flights. The three airports we recommend are1. Oakland International Airport (OAK)2. Sacramento International Airport (SMF)3. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) If you have any questions about transportation please feel free to ask us - we know the area quite well.

Main Resort 

This is where all of our wedding events will be. We would love for everyone to make a weekend out of it and enjoy everything this stunning resort has to offer. There are shuttles to get around from your rooms to anywhere on site and much to enjoy. Uber

If you are staying outside of the resort and wish to Uber to the Silverado for the wedding, there are usually Ubers that are readily available especially during the day. When it gets to later in the night, there are still Ubers available but it might be a good idea to schedule an Uber for pickup so you are guaranteed a ride. We want everyone to be able to get where they wish safely and Uber is always a great and accessible option!

Travel

There's something for everyone here!-Golf-The Silverado resort works closely with <a href="https://www.silveradoresort.com/stay/prepare/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ship Sticks</a> which is a company that ships your golf clubs directly from your door! If you're a big golfer coming from out of town and looking to use your own clubs during your stay, the resort can help you book this service!-Pool-Tennis &amp; Pickleball-Spa

Wine Tasting

We're in Napa! If you love wine as much as we do, there are hundreds of wineries to choose from! We recommend booking tastings in advance, as weekends can be pretty full around there! Downtown Napa

Downtown Napa is just a short drive away from the Silverado and offers so many dining options as well as wine bars, shopping etc. Its a great place to have a walk around and enjoy!

It can get overwhelming with the countless options so below are some of our favorite recommendations!Breakfast and Brunch -Grace's Table-Popular place for a sit down breakfast with great food! I recommend calling ahead. -Bouchon-Amazing pastries and adorable place -The Model Bakery-Good pasties and great coffee Tapas/ Wine bars-La Taberna -Cadet Wine &amp; Beer Bar -Compline Lunch/Dinner -Farmstead and Long Meadow Ranch-Amazing for a nicer lunch or dinner -Lou's Luncheonette -Roadside burgers and fried chicken sandwiches are their specialty. Casual vibe with some wine and amazing food. -Brix- Another nicer lunch or dinner vibe. Great food, great ambiance. -Gott's Roadside-Another roadside place with salads, burgers and sandwiches-One of our favorites -Bistro Don Giovanni-Amazing outdoor seating. Classic Italian food.
