The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:45pm to allow time to be seated.
How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Because want everyone to enjoy themselves during the party, we have booked a shuttle bus to run during the reception to return guests to the Holiday Inn Express. There will not be a shuttle to the venue before the ceremony, but cars are allowed to park overnight in the on-site parking lot. Vehicles must be picked up the next day by 10:00am.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adult only wedding. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate!
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Allergies are a big part of our every day lives and we want everyone to feel safe to eat and enjoy all food and desserts. In the event that you have a dietary restriction or allergy, please let the bride or groom know so we can best accommodate you.
Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?
While we are happy that you want to share our day with everyone on your social media, we ask that this is an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture this special moment.
How do I RSVP?
All RSVPs can be submitted through The Knot. Please see the RSVP tab and search for your name.
Are the ceremony and reception locations handicap accessible?
Yes, the ceremony site and reception hall are both handicap accessible. If you need assistance to or from the ceremony site (there is a steep hill or stairs down to the site), a chauffeured golf cart shuttle will be available.
Is the ceremony to be held outdoors or indoors?
Weather-permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be held inside the reception venue.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a local hotel?
We know some guests will be traveling a long way to be able to celebrate with us, so we have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Red Wing. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more information.
I have RSVP'd and can no longer make it to the wedding. What should I do?
We get it, life happens! If you are unable to attend our wedding after submitting your RSVP, please message either David or Abbie so we can account for the updated guest numbers.
