Our Wedding

Abbie and Alan met in Australia in 2019 living in a hostel and working on a dairy and vegetable farm, which turned out to be a foreshadowing of what was to come. After many late nights, early mornings, glasses of wine, shared dinners, and practical jokes, Abbie agreed to run away with Alan on the pretence that he would wait for her to do a trip along the coast and see one of her best friends get married. Luckily for Abbie, Alan was waiting at the airport and the rest is history. They moved to Canada in December of 2019 and settled in Lincoln, Ontario. Since then, they have opened a small farming business whilst Alan worked on the family farm and Abbie became a Social Worker. They share a love of travel, mountains, and good food which they hope to share with their guests for their marriage celebration in Windermere.
