Getting to Ketchikan
Alaska Airlines is the only line that flies into Ketchikan. To get here, you will need to connect through Seattle. Once you arrive in Ketchikan, you’ll take a short ferry ride to reach the main part of town. The ferry costs $6 per person and from there, you can catch a taxi to your accommodation.
Accomodations
Ketchikan offers many options for accommodations, including hotels, AirBnBs, and VRBOs. We recommend staying in town, as transportation can be limited—taxis are available, but renting a car might be more convenient if you plan to explore.
Below, we've listed a few local hotels for your convenience. However, there are plenty of AirBnBs and VRBOs in town as well. Since it’s peak visitor season in Ketchikan, we highly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your stay.
