Abby and Seth’s love story began on December 8, 2018, in Pittsburgh, PA when the soon-to-be couple was set up on a blind date by mutual friends, Brian and Sarah. Not even 10 minutes into the first date of ice skating, Seth knew he had to see Abby again and asked her out for the following week. Fortunately, this didn’t scare Abby off and soon they became inseparable. The rest is history!

A few of our favorite memories from the last 3 ½ years together include bringing home our goldendoodle pup Luna, purchasing and painting our first home together, watching Penn State & Steelers football games every fall, and keeping to our monthly date nights of trying a new restaurant in the Pittsburgh area.

On December 8, 2021, Seth was very adamant that we celebrate the third anniversary of our first date. While taking Luna for a walk on the hiking trails behind our first shared apartment, Seth got down on one knee and proposed. Of course, Abby (and Luna) said yes! That night, we celebrated at our favorite Italian restaurant.

We think it is only fitting that our wedding day be on the 8th day of the month, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
