Mea is Abby's Maid of Honor and Matthew's sister. Mea and Abby were suffering through girls' athletics together long before the bride and groom went on their first date. Mea was the first person Abby and Matthew called after the proposal, and she approved the ring beforehand. Since Abby is an only child, Mea has become a sister to her, and there is no better person for the job.  Also Mea knows what it is like to live with Matthew, so she has earned this role!

Sarah and Abby have been best friends since high school. No matter how many years have passed since then, they continue to support one another in the good and bad times! Sarah has seen this relationship begin and grow over the years, and having her in the wedding party means the world to Abby!

Jacelyn is Abby's cousin, and with Abby being an only child and Jacelyn having only brothers, the two became best friends as kids. Despite growing up in different states, the pair acts like sisters. Jacelyn is a very special person to Abby, and she is very grateful to have her by her side!

Ava is Abby's cousin, and Abby has loved watching her grow up into the wonderful young lady she is today. Abby was the Jr. Bridesmaid for Ava's parents' wedding, and the bride is grateful that the tradition could continue!

Michael is Matthew's older brother and his best man. Matthew always looked up to Michael as a kid, and Michael was the one to teach Matthew to ride a bike. Even now, despite living 1500 miles apart, that hasn't kept them from staying in touch. Matthew was chosen to officiate Michael's wedding in 2023 and is grateful to have him standing by his side now!

Johnathan has been like a brother to Matthew since they met when Matthew was nine. They were so close growing up that they told friends and teachers they were brothers and never got caught! One funny thing is that Johnathan was copying Abby's notes in class during high school, a year before Abby and Matthew started dating.

Jackson is Matthew's nephew and Michael's son. Jackson is a very smart and competitive young man, and he and Matthew enjoy playing games and roughhousing. The Bride and Groom are very happy to have him as part of the wedding party!

Sam came into our lives as Mea’s boyfriend, but over time he’s become someone we’ve gotten to know and enjoy having around. One of the highlights was the trip we took to check out the wedding venue with them; what started as a simple visit turned into a solid weekend in San Antonio. From walking the venue together to staying at the same hotel where our guests will be, Sam was part of that whole experience. He’s easy to be around, gets along with everyone, and always has a good story. I’m glad he’s here to be part of the day with us.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so we completely understand if suit jackets are left at home. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or shorts. Dress pants with a dress shirt are preferred for men, and women are welcome to wear short or long dresses.
