We met the old fashion way -- Instagram DM!

In August 2020, Peter slid into Abby's DMs with the help of a mutual friend. Peter planned for the first date to be at Top Golf. A no brainer for him since he played golf through college. Abby on the other hand was calling her mom for swing tips the day of so she could hopefully avoid embarrassing herself. But the date went well! So well the server was stunned to know that it was only their first date. She called it then that they would get married one day... <3

Fast forward ~ 2.5 years and Peter told Abby they were going to a concert downtown one September evening. They decided to walk downtown early to grab a drink beforehand -- but Abby was suspicious when they started walking in a direction that was not going to get them downtown... They ended up in a park near their apartment and Peter got down on one knee and asked Abby to marry him!
