It all started with a little online magic—and a well-placed friend. Funny enough, long before they officially met, Abby and Trevor’s paths had already been crossing at Texas Tech. They would park their motorcycles in the same lot and even graduated in the same ceremony—Abby just two rows back from Trevor—but somehow, they never actually met. God clearly knew the timing they needed.

When Abby and Trevor finally connected online, she did some quick research (aka, asked a mutual friend if Trevor was actually a good guy). The friend gave him the stamp of approval, so they went on a date. But as fate would have it, the timing wasn’t quite right.

Fast forward a year later—Trevor posted a picture with that same friend, and Abby took her chance, sliding up on his story. And just like that, everything fell into place. They officially started dating on May 7th, but life had other plans—Trevor left for an internship two weeks later, making long-distance their unexpected first challenge. But they made it through, and when he came back to Lubbock, they finally got to enjoy dating in the same city.

From there, life took them on a whirlwind adventure. The next May, they packed up and moved to Fort Worth. Somewhere along the way, they added two furry sidekicks—Remi and Raider—who quickly became part of their little family. And on January 4th, Trevor got down on one knee and made it official!

Through it all, they’ve been each other’s best friend, biggest supporter, and favorite adventure partner. They cannot wait to start this next chapter together, surrounded by all the people they love most!
