There will be one shuttle to the ceremony, departing Running Aces at 3pm. In the evening there will be shuttle departing at 9:30 and 10:15pm back to Running Aces

Please allow time for parking & being seated, plan to arrive at the venue by 3:15pm.

Yes there is a large lot, there will be a golf cart available for anyone who needs assistance. There is no overnight parking, so please plan accordingly. A shuttle is available from Running Aces to & from venue throughout the night.

No ceremony, dinner, & dance are inside in a climate controlled environment. Cocktail hour is in a pavilion, with a fireplace. Please dress accordingly.

Yes, bar service will be available after the ceremony. Our venue has a strict no outside alcohol policy, so please do not bring your own beverages.

We have a very talented photographer for our day, so we ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony.

We ask you dress in semi-formal attire (aka dress/jumpsuit/skirt & optional tie/collared shirt/pants).
