Josh and Abby meet in 2021 through some mutual friends. Their romance started as a friendship first, but quickly turned into a love story. They made their relationship official in November of that year.

They spent as much time as they could with each other traveling between Dixon and Stockton, on their respective days off, just to even spend a couple hours together. They enjoyed being able to show each other where the came from, taking them to new places, and just having new experiences together.

In February of 2022 they got their first apartment in Pearl City. They were so excited to be able to start their journey together, and with their dog Nova. This is where they both decided they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.

They would take their first trip in May of that year. They went to St. Louis for the weekend to see Kenney Chesney.

It would be that December that Josh would get down on one knee and ask Abby to marry him. He had a plan to surprise her and ask her on Christmas day of that year, but that is not what happened. Josh could not wait until Christmas to ask her, so on the night of December 3rd he would pop the question. Of course Abby said yes, this is now the best night of her life.

At the end of January 2023 they took their second trip together to Arizona to see Abby's step-father, Geoff, for a week. They had a great time seeing family, exploring Arizona, and spending time with Geoff.

In July of 2023 they moved out of their apartment and into Abby's childhood home in Stockton.

From then to now they have just been loving living life together and planning their big day. They are so excited to get married and start on this new journey together.
