We highly recommend staying as close to Palma City/Marina as possible. The guest coach pickup point will be here and there are lots of restaurants, bars and hotels in this area. Please see travel and accommodation section for recommendations. We also have compiled a list of restaurants and bars to check out in the ‘eat/drink’ section.

The wedding venue is located just 20 minutes from Palma in the town of Santa Maria del Cami. It is not necessary to stay here as transportation to and from the venue is arranged. It is called Finca es Convent (also known as El Convent del Marques on Google maps ). The venue will host the ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and disco.

Transport will be provided to and from the venue by coaches. There will be 1 pickup point at the Melia Palma Marina Hotel for all guests so please ensure you make your way here on time. Guests will be dropped in the town of Santa Maria Del Cami and directed to the venue which is a 1 minute walk from the drop off point. Guests will be collected from the venue at 2 times, 12:00am and at the end of the night at 02:30am. The coach will return to the Melia Palma Marina Hotel. There will be a coordinator who can arrange taxi collection at any point during the night however we have been told it could be a 30 minute wait. We recommend downloading UBER app to also hail taxis.

The dress code is black tie so we kindly ask that men wear a black suit/tuxedo and dickie bow. We understand there may be apprehension to this but as the ceremony is at 5:30pm and the venue is shaded the temperature should be comfortable. For the ladies, formal dresses of any length or pants will be fine in any colour.
