While we both went to the same high school, we never really interacted until our junior year. We became fast friends over a pair of walkie talkies at the pool where we both worked as life guards, discussing our separate futures and our excitements for attending school at the University of Missouri. TJ got involved with the Christian Campus House and was set to live there, with Abby planning to join eventually. Once we both got to Columbia, it took all of two weeks to realize our feelings for one another and begin dating. It was August 29, 2020 when our love story began. Since then, we have gotten to experience the highs and lows of college together. What started out as two coworkers quickly became two best friends striving to honor God and serve others in any way possible.
