We recommend staying at one of the 3 hotels listed that are downtown. Abby and Connor are staying at the Embassy Suites, but all hotels downtown are within a 2 block radius. We will provide shuttles to/from the venue which will leave from the Embassy Suites downtown. More economic hotels are located near the airport. Transportation will NOT be provided from these locations to the venue.

We are providing a shuttle service leaving from the Embassy Suites (Downtown) Knoxville to the venue ahead of the ceremony and returning downtown after the reception. If you plan on consuming alcohol, we ask you use the shuttles. Those not consuming alcohol, driving to/from the venue is acceptable but please be advised: cars may not be left in the parking lot overnight. Additionally, the roads in East Tennessee can be challenging to drive on, especially at night. We advise everyone to utilize the shuttle service.

Uber will likely be available to transport to the venue. However, Uber is not overly dependable outside of the downtown/airport areas and will likely not be available to pick up at the conclusion of the Reception. We recommend everyone ride the shuttles as there are more than enough spaces.

Knowing the wedding will be an extremely busy day for the bride and groom, we wanted a chance to get together and spend time with our favorite people! There is plenty of space to park at the venue, or it is just a short walk/uber across the river from downtown. The bar package will last from 5:00-7:30 and include beer, wine, seltzers and N/A beverages and light snacks. Cocktails and additional food will be available for purchase.

The Farmer's Market will be downtown on Saturday, 9/28. Please take advantage as there are numerous local vendors setup but be aware the streets will be a bit busier than usual.

Knoxville has several convenient parking garages downtown. The Market Square and Locust Street garages have free weeknight (when entering after 6pm) and free weekend parking.
