Our Wedding

Hunter and I’s story is not simple or a fairytale. I met Hunter’s family first. We were all at the lake and he didn’t come that weekend. His mom went home and told Hunter all about this girl she had met at the campground. Hunter brushed it off but still found me on Instagram. We messaged for a while then we finally met in person at the campground a couple of months later. He says he’ll never forget the first words I said to him: “you wore THAT to work??” He was wearing shorts, a t shirt, and a pair of crocs. Hunter tells people that he knew from day 1 he was gonna marry me someday.&nbsp;

The Day We Met

Hunter and I became friends very quickly. I was sassy and headstrong and he knew just how to put me in my place while also making me laugh. We spent the whole summer meeting up to hang out, going out to eat, and just riding around together. The first time we ever went on a semi-date was when Hunter asked me to go to Daniel and Sara’s wedding. We had a great time and I thought maybe one day we would date but not anytime soon. When summer ended, me and Hunter stopped talking and I went off to Oxford and he went to coach football. We both thought it was the end of our wonderful friendship.

Friends First

Thanksgiving 2018

In January of 2019 Hunter and I started talking. He finally convinced me to let him take me on a date. Our first date was February 9, 2019. When Hunter came to pick me up, I could tell he had tears in his eyes when he said “you look beautiful.” He then took me to Outback for dinner then we went to the casino because I had never been before. We walked around and played the quarter machines then went back to my house. We were sitting on the couch a little after midnight when Hunter asked me to be his girlfriend. We started dating officially on February 10,2019.

The Beginning 

Since then, Hunter and I have shared numerous fun and exciting experiences. Our big thing together is concerts because we both have similar tastes in music and it gives me an opportunity to travel. We also enjoy racing NASCAR against each other and taking trips to the beach. It’s not always easy because we are both stubborn and think we’re both always right but in the end I know Hunter always has my back and I will always have his.&nbsp;

Cora is Hunter’s Bestfriend’s daughter. She is sweet and happy and loves to get dressed up!

Cohen is the son of my sister Hayley and her husband Leif Miller. He will be 2 at the time of the wedding and has a very special job. 😎

I met Adeline my first day at UMMC. Since then, we have been inseparable! She helps me get through school, personal struggles, and picks me up when I’m just ready to scream from chaotic days in clinics. She is quiet at first and loves her coffee!! Adeline has a warm personality and it’s hard not to laugh with her.

Alayna is my sister. She knows how to push my buttons but she also stands behind me and supports me through every decision I make. She’s quick to tell me when I’m wrong and has the memory of elephant! We fight like sisters do but at the end of the day I know she’ll  there to get me whatever I need!

Hayley is my half sister but we’re just as close as full sisters. She is the mother of Cohen our ring bearer and is a fantastic mom. I hope to learn a lot from her and I know she’ll stand up for me if I need her to.

Gracie is Hunter’s sister. She is a pageant queen! She is outspoken and although she has never had a sister before, she is a pretty good one to me.☺️

Hunter and Daniel have been great friends ever since they met! He is always so kind and friendly! He is also the father of the flower girl - Cora.
