Lyla (8) and Ben (5) are Abby's cousin Nathan’s kids. Abby has occasionally babysat Lyla & Ben. Fun fact, Nathan was the ring bearer in Abby’s parents’ wedding!

Transportation

We will have transportation provided by Bold North Cellars. The shuttle will only pick up from The Holiday Inn at 3:30 PM. Later, the shuttle will drop off at three different locations: Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, and Arrowwood Resort. The shuttle will leave at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 PM.

This hotel is pet friendly, has a pool, and has a complimentary breakfast. We set up this hotel to check in on August 8th in case anyone from our wedding party wants to stay here. To book, you must call and mention the Strom/Puhl Wedding to get the block rate. Must be booked by July 8th for a discounted rate.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria

This location has a waterpark. Our Event Coordinators suggested staying here if you are able to get a cabin because they are better than the hotel. Cabins: First come first serve. They do not allow blocking off the townhouses/cottages and do not have a discounted rate for weddings. If youd like to stay at the hotel, we were able to get you a discounted rate. Please know it is a two-night minimum stay. ($259/night without Water Park access. $299 with Water Park access). Call to book and share Strom or Puhl. Rooms are first come first serve.

Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center

This hotel has a complimentary breakfast and is pet-friendly. There is an arcade room, pool, and fitness center. Rooms are available both the night of and the night before. When calling, make sure you mention the Strom-Puhl Wedding. Must book by July 8th to get discounted rate.

Holiday Inn Alexandria, an IHG Hotel

We have not blocked off rooms for this location, nor will transportation drop-off here. However, it is only a three-minute walk from the Fairfield Inn &amp; Suites drop-off.
