Q + A

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to find parking and your seat before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Please wear formal attire and your best dancing shoes. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear a floor-length gown, fancy cocktail dress or a dressy pantsuit. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you please turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like. We can't wait to see all of the fun memories captured during our celebration!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your RSVP.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is parking available in the front of the hotel as well as directly across the street from the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we will be providing an open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options as well as tea and coffee.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as an evening to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

When are RSVPs due?

RSVPs are due by 9/27/24 so we can ensure everyone will be accommodated for both the ceremony and reception.
