Can I bring a date?
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations at our venue, we simply can't afford for all of our wonderful guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We would absolutely love to see all our friends & family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail. No jeans, please!
Are children welcome?
We love your children, but unfortunately due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate everyone’s children on our wedding day. If your children were not included on the invitation, we hope that you will take this as an opportunity to have a parents night out and enjoy the party with us.
Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors if weather permits. The reception will be indoors. Please plan to bring a jacket if necessary
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The venue has no stairs so there should be no issues with wheelchairs.
How do I RSVP?
Please visit the RSVP table on our wedding website, locate your name and let us know if you plan to attend. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
When do you need my RSVP by?
Please RSVP by or before October 9th, 2024! If you know you are able to make it before this date, please feel free to RSVP before!
What should I do if I cannot make it?
If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Do you have a room block set up?
Yes! We have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Denver Lakewood. Please let us know if you have any questions or are unable to book within the hotel block.
Is there parking available at the venue?
There is limited parking available at the venue. We will have a shuttle to transport our guests.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes, but please pick up your car by 10 AM the following day.
Is transportation provided?
Yes! The guest shuttle will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with guests staying at the hotel having boarding priority.
What are the shuttle times?
The shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn at 2:30 PM to head to the venue.
The first shuttle to the hotel will depart at 8:00 PM, and the final departure will take place at 9:45 PM
