Our story began freshman year at North Dakota State University. Both of us applied to participate in the LAUNCH program to leave home a week early and meet with other freshman interested in pursuing the engineering programs that NDSU had to offer. This is where we first met and this is where the chaos began.

Our highly competitive personalities immediately clashed leading to name calling, pranks, and all around tomfoolery on a daily basis. This has not stopped even 6 years after we went on our first date to the Olive Garden and we wouldn't have it any other way. In fact our ability to tease each other and push each other to our limits is what caused our relationship to blossom into a lifelong commitment of love and companionship.

What started out as playing the board game of Catan in the dorm study rooms has evolved into a board game collection that teeters on the edge of hoarding, and a community of friends that share our hobby. We have found a shared love of board games, camping, and our pets Daisy and Peach.

We are extremely excited to move on to the next stage of our lives together and our upcoming wedding is a huge step in that direction.
