Our Wedding

Our story began on a softball field, just two people showing up for the same game, having no idea how much their lives were going to change. Eric noticed me early on and tried a few times to get to know me, but at that point, I wasn't ready. I was still rebuilding, working on my own journey, and figuring out who I was again. My heart needed time... but thankfully, Eric had patience.He never gave up. He showed up with kindness, consistency, and a genuine heart- and looking back now, I'm so grateful he did. Because everything I didn't even know how to pray for in a man, he is. God was working long before I realized it.Eric didn't just give me his love; he gave me a family. His two amazing children have filled my life with joy, purpose, and a fullness I never expected. Loving them has become one of the sweetest blessings of my life.Both Eric and I have walked some hard roads. We've known brokenness, loss, and seasons we weren't sure we'd make it through. And maybe that's why our story feels so special, because it's a reminder how God can take two people with rough pasts, bring them together, and make everything make sense. His timing is perfect, even when we don't see it.Today, we get to build a life we love. We share a deep love for the Lord, for being active, for doing fun things with the kids, and for creating something beautiful together. We even started a little farm, and in just the last week, we added eight new baby goats who have completely stolen our hearts.Our story is one of second chances, answered prayers, and choosing each other every day. And it all started on a softball field, with a man who refused to give up and a woman who finally learned what it feels like to be truly loved.
