Adam and I first met in 2019 through mutual friends, and we felt an immediate connection. We kept in touch, and before long, we were talking every day. Then, on January 16, 2020, Adam invited me to his boat for our first date. He even texted me the day before to ask if it was okay to wear sweatpants – a moment that set the easy, comfortable tone for our relationship. From that date on, we were inseparable, even keeping a “streak” of seeing each other every day for over 100 days in the first few months.

We knew early on that we were meant to be together and felt an instant closeness that felt truly special. We held off saying I love you for as long as we could, but after only a few weeks, the words came naturally. From the beginning, we felt right at home with each others families and loved how seamlessly everyone clicked. We’ve been best friends and partners ever since, and our love has only deepened as weve shared big milestones, like our engagement on January 21, 2024, and buying our first home together in October 2024.
