A shuttle will be provided from Big Spring to the church and reception hall. While you’re welcome to drive, the trip takes about 30–40 minutes, so we encourage guests to use the shuttle.

The shuttle service will both pick up and drop off at Hotel Settles. We will have a 1:15 PM shuttle for guests attending the church ceremony and a 3:15 PM shuttle for guests joining us later. Return shuttles back to Big Spring will run at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM (for those who plan to party all night ;) Please plan accordingly to ensure you’re on the shuttle at your preferred departure time!

We kindly ask that guests arrive at the church 20-30 minutes early so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins. The church has ample seating, but arriving a bit early is encouraged.

Yes! The church and reception hall are within walking distance, so no additional travel is needed.

We’ll be offering a selection of beer and wine. If you prefer seltzers or another beverage, feel free to bring your own!

Dress nicely and comfortably. Men often wear jeans and a button-up, and women typically wear a simple dress or similar attire.
