Q + A

Are the ceremony and the reception held at the same place?

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at Cedar Creek in Onalaska.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

We love your little ones, however, this will be an adults-only event with the exception of our close family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?

To keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear knee-length, midi, or maxi dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. The ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into consideration when choosing your heels!

Can we bring gifts to the wedding?

Your presence is the greatest gift to us! If you’d like to give a physical gift, we kindly ask that you have it shipped directly to our home from our registry. This will help us avoid the hassle of transporting gifts after the wedding and allow us to head off on our honeymoon on Sunday morning stress-free!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We want everyone to be relaxed and ready to enjoy the celebration with us—so please don’t be late!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos you’d like!
