Eddie and Abi admired each other from afar for three years as their paths crossed through their jobs. They went on their first date in October of 2023 after a busy Homecoming week. They had a great time getting to know each other, however busy lives and bad timing left the couple waiting another five months before they went on their second date. After their dinner date at Altitude in March, they both knew something was different this time around. The relationship quickly grew stronger. A trip to Loveland for a doctor's appointment resulted in the purchase of an engagement ring, much to Abi's surprise. While visiting Abi's family in Boise, Eddie asked Abi to marry him on Christmas morning by hiding the ring on the Christmas tree. It was the perfect proposal with Atticus there to witness this big step in their relationship. Then and there, the family began planning for the big day. The couple is very excited to celebrate their love with their closest family and friends.
