The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Can I bring a plus one/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your invite by name.
We will be having assigned tables/seats.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Olson Mansion property. The walk between the outdoor ceremony space to the reception hall is a 1-minute walk.
Can I bring my children?
Although we absolutely love kids, please note that our wedding will be a 21+ adults-only celebration. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out!
Will we be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be primarily indoors.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is black-tie optional attire: floor-length or midi dresses for the ladies, and suit + tie or tuxedo for the men. We ask that no jeans, sneakers, or very short dresses be worn.
The ceremony will be outdoors in a partially grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels.
Please note, “black-tie optional” does *not* mean we are specifically asking for black colored attire.
What is the wedding party wearing?
Ladies will be in black floor-length dresses and the men will be in classic black suits.
What happens between the ceremony and reception?
Cocktail hour!
Is there more than 1 Olson Mansion property?
There is only (1) Olson Mansion venue in Maple Valley. Please disregard if Apple Maps says the venue is "permanently closed."
Is there parking on site?
Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking. We encourage guests to use rideshare apps or carpool with a designated driver if you plan on drinking.
What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?
We will be serving Italian food. Please indicate in your RSVP if you have dietary restrictions.
