Joe &amp; Abbie had know of each other for years from mutual friends and Prescott being a small town. It wasn't until July 2023 during the annual rodeo did they actually hangout. Joe lived in Colorado at the time but was in town for the festivities. Abbie was bartending the rodeo with her friend, Tina who happened to be Joe's cousin. After the rodeo they went downtown together and had a great time. Rodeo ended, Joe went back to Colorado and Abbie stayed in Prescott. A couple months later Tina brought up that the two would be perfect together. Abbie thinking she didn't have anything to loose, slid into Joe's DMs. Over the next couple weeks they texted and talked on the phone non stop. Abbie asked when he was going to come see her and Joe booked a flight right then for that weekend. Than began the long distance relationship which was made easier by Frontier Airlines cheap flights from Phoenix to Denver. Both Joe &amp; Abbie traveled back and forth, and in between had nightly FaceTime calls. It turned out Tina was right, Joe &amp; Abbie were perfect for each other. Very early on they knew God had designed each other for each other. The feeling was so strong they got engaged on Christmas Eve. Joe moved back to Prescott in March and they have been living happily together as they begin this next adventure together.
