The dress code is “dressy casual” attire. Women in maxi or short dresses/skirts. Men in collared shirts and khakis. (October in Georgia. Could be hot, could be freezing cold. Depends on how Mother Nature feels that day.) We want you to be comfortable but still look nice for pictures. We will be happy to see your face regardless of your wardrobe that day. Keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding in late October. No jeans or flip-flops, please.
What’s the vibe?
Pizza, beer, outdoor wedding! There will be guests of all ages, yard games, good music, and an open bar with lots of beer and nonalcoholic drinks. Coolers will be available if you want to bring your desired beverages. We are just happy to have all of our favorite people together for the night. Nothing fancy, just love.
Will there be transportation to and from the hotel and venue?
Yes! We will have a shuttle leave from the SpringHill Suites West hotel at 3:15 on Saturday, October 25. If you prefer to drive, there is ample parking onsite. The shuttle will make a few trips during the night, with the last one departing the venue around 10pm.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite. We do not want anyone getting DUIs though, so please plan accordingly with the hotel shuttle or a DD. You may leave your car overnight and catch a ride back to the hotel.
