Abby and Elias met by chance on a dating site in 2023. Neither knew the depth of the love they would come to share as time has passed. After some convincing from Elias, they had their first date at his cousin Enoch's house. There, they had an instant connection. Within the first week they both knew God had put the other in their lives for a reason. Elias asked Abby to be his girlfriend on July 10, 2023. They continued to spend time together despite the hundred miles between them. The two have connected with one another through many of the same interests including faith, basketball, staying home, and trying new things. As their love began to grow, Abby decided to move to be closer to Elias. In May 2024 they rented their first apartment together. On their one year anniversary they took a trip to Oceanside, California. Elias planned a day of fun including a walk on the harbor where he proposed! Now they are so excited to get married on their two year anniversary!
