Please refer to the travel tab! We have rooms blocked off at the Courtyard by Marriott in the downtown square. If you think you will be in attendance, please call & reserve your room ASAP. The room blocks are under the Futch/Becker Wedding. These rooms have been given special rates. Please contact the bride or groom if you are having trouble booking your room.

Please RSVP as soon as you receive the formal invitation! If we do not receive a response by August 1st, 2024, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to our venue/vendors, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point. We hope you understand.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If someone cannot attend on your list, please note this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place.

We would love our family and friends to dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal or formal attire. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. Women, please also refrain from wearing white or a shade that resembles white. Please note the ceremony is in a grassy area, so plan accordingly for shoes.

Our ceremony will be taking place at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive no later 4:10 to allow time for parking and seating. Guests arriving later than the ceremony start time will be asked to wait at the gate until after the ceremony is over.

Although we adore your kiddos, due to space restrictions and safety we can not accommodate them. We encourage parents to use this night as a free date night!

Yes! There will be beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. There will also be non-alcoholic options available.

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony starts in order to park and walk over to the ceremony area.
