Our story began at an engagement party for one of my best friends. We were both at a place in our lives where we heard God say your person is coming, we had faith that when the time is right , He would make it happen. With that being said, I, Abigail, was a little reluctant to meet Justin having sworn off dating for a while. Knowing he would be at the engagement party, I felt nervous. I remember saying to myself while getting ready, “you’re probably about to meet your future husband tonight.”

It’s an odd thing to say to yourself, and I’ve never felt that way before. Since meeting Justin, he has been a steadfast, righteous, caring and the most loving person who never fails to make me laugh. Dating was fun, it was easy, we both knew everything in our lives had prepared us for each other. Even now I think to myself how amazing it is that God truly has a plan and the perfect person in store for you all along.
