When should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive about 20-30 minutes early.

Where is the ceremony located?

Robert Carr Chapel on TCU's campus. The address is 2855 S University Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76129.

Where do I park for the ceremony?

Parking is located behind Beasley Hall off of Princeton Street, and also at a larger lot behind the TCU Music Center at the corner of Parmer Ave. and W. Lowden St. There will be signs out on Saturday directing you to the appropriate lots.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Please refrain from taking any photos during the wedding ceremony. We have photographers and videographers there who will be capturing the day!

Where is the reception?

The reception is at the Fort Worth Club. The address is 306 W 7th St, Fort Worth, TX 76102.

How long does it take to get to the reception venue from the TCU Chapel?

Robert Carr Chapel is about a 10-15 minute drive from the Fort Worth Club.

What time does the reception start?

We anticipate that the ceremony will end around 4pm. Cocktail hour at the reception begins at 5pm. Please plan to arrive at cocktail hour no earlier than 4:45pm. We're expecting Saturday to be bright and sunny! Take the opportunity to see TCU's campus where the bride and groom met, or walk around downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. If you head back to your hotel prior to the reception, the Fort Worth Club is about a 2 1/2 block walk from The Sinclair and the Marriott Courtyard.

Where do I park for the reception?

The Fort Worth Club has its own parking garage. The entrance is located off W. 7th St. You can park on any level of the garage.

Where do I go in the Fort Worth Club for the reception?

The reception is in the Horizon-Terrace ballroom on the 12th floor. You can take the elevators in the parking garage directly to the 12th floor. If you Uber/Lyft/etc. to from the reception to the venue, you will enter the building off W. 7th St. and similarly, there is an elevator in the lobby that you will be able to take to the 12th floor. There will be a person at each elevator directing you where to go.

I pulled a ticket to park in the garage, what do I do with it?

Please bring these into the venue with you! There will be a person and/or a machine located outside each elevator to validate your ticket.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the wedding is black tie optional. This means a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo for the men, and a long dress for the ladies.

There is a winter storm in DFW right now, what do I do?

Keep apprised of the local weather as you plan your arrival and activities--the forecast seems to change by the hour. We so appreciate the hard work everyone is putting in to get here for us despite the weather not cooperating and flight cancellations at DFW and Love Field. We are expecting it to be bright and sunny (though still quite cold) on Saturday. We hope that everyone gets here safe!

It's a little chilly outside, will the wedding events be indoors?

Yes, all events for the wedding will be indoors. We hope everyone is staying warm in this snow!

I was invited to the rehearsal dinner, is there any transportation?

Yes. We have a bus picking us up at the Sinclair around 6:00-6:15pm--we will be traveling back from the rehearsal at the chapel, so please plan to be in the hotel lobby beginning at 6pm, as we don't know the exact time we'll be back! Th bus will transport us to and from the rehearsal dinner via the Sinclair.

What is the dress code for the rehearsal dinner?

The dress code is cocktail attire. This means dress pants and a collared shirt or slacks and a sports coat for the men, and dresses or a jumpsuit/dress pants for the ladies. Knee length or midi is appropriate.
