Abby and Dan have a classic "enemies to lovers" romance story. One could say they have a RomCom kind of love that blows Hallmark out of the water (even Tom Hanks is jealous). They met in a Systematic Theology class which consisted of Abby being front and center, complete with her color coordinated notebooks, and textbooks fully read. On the other hand, Dan's bare feet were propped up on his desk with nothing read or prepared for class. Ironically, despite the difference in levels of preparation, these polar opposites both talked more than the rest of the class. These classroom debates sparked a firm friendship that evolved into a budding romance when zoom calls were their constant form of communication when the nation shut down due to a world wide pandemic... Dun dun dun...

This Covid Romeo may have taken his sweet time, but the first date was a success despite his positive Covid test later that afternoon... Even after the long quarantine process, Abby still agreed to a second date and the rest is history!
