We'd love to see everyone dress up in semi-formal attire, and please remember to avoid wearing anything white!

Ceremony and reception will both be indoors, if weather is good there is also a patio/outdoor space that will be open during the reception as well.

There is a small parking lot for guests on site, carpooling is encouraged! Also remember if you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport and we have at least 10 rooms booked they will provide a complimentary shuttle to and from our event.

We have a room block for the Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport. This hotel will offer free shuttles and discounted room rates if we have 10 or more rooms booked. You can follow the link under the "Travel' tab and that will take you directly to our hotel room block. Please book by October 1st if you would like to secure a room, but the earlier the better!

Yes! Alcohol will be provided. We will have a couple options including wine, beer, cider, and a couple mixed drinks.
