We ask that everyone RSVP by April 1st! Due to venue and catering guidelines, we will not be able to include guests who haven't responded by then.

We have booked Comfort Suites Gettysburg for our accommodations! Please refer to the travel page for more info!

Yes! We will have a bus to take guests to the wedding and back. If you choose to ride the bus it will make one trip to the venue at 3:30pm and make one trip back to the hotel between 9:45-10:00 pm! Unfortunately, the bus can not make more than 1 trip to accommodate arriving later or leaving earlier! Please keep this in mind when answering on the RSVP page!

Hazelwood offers plenty of private parking for guests right in front of the venue! You are also able to UBER and LYFT if you'd like! When using your GPS to get to the venue it usually stops 30-40 Ft. before the turn! Just drive slow and you'll see the sign to the parking lot of Hazelwood!

We ask that guests arrive no later than 4:00-4:15pm to ensure that ceremony can start promptly at 4:30pm.

Take this time to dress up with us and celebrate! Just remember our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in mid July so please dress accordingly! Our reception will be held inside and will be climate controlled!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do their best work in capturing our big day! We kindly ask that you keep personal cameras and cell phones away during the duration of our ceremony. After the ceremony during cocktail hour and the reception feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

The reception will end at 10pm and at this time vendors will begin breaking down. Last call at the bar will be at 9:30.
