As you can assume, Abby and Ethan had been talking about getting married for awhile. The two have been head over heels since they were fifteen. However things got serious when Ethan prayed for a sign from the Lord. Ethan prayed that God would give him a sign so he knows it's time to propose. A couple weeks later Abby received a free wedding dress, on a random Friday night. Ethan felt at peace with this sign and started the process. Fast forward to November 25th, 2023. That morning he met with Abby's father to ask permission for her hand, and her father said yes. Ethan told Abby that they were going to be going on a series of dates and one of them was going to end in a proposal. He knew she wouldn't have expected the first date to be thee date. So he told her that they were going to Mountain Top Inn for dinner and that they needed to take a picture for every date the couple goes on. So Abby had no reason to question why they were taking a picture at the gazebo. When they reached the gazebo Ethan got down on one knee and asked Abby to marry him. It was the easiest yes of her life!
