2. You can also call the reservations department at 877-587-6981 and mention the Kohn & Holland room block to book a reservation/make any changes to their stay.

Additionally, due to some new regulations, we are now required to include the resort fee & tax in the rate showing on the website. So, it shows $405 as that is the $369 room rate + $32 resort fee & resort fee tax. A breakdown of the room rate, resort fee, and tax may be viewed on the final booking page.

1-night room & tax deposit is due at the time of booking. Guests may cancel up to 7-days prior to arrival for a full refund. Should anyone cancel within 7 days of arrival, they will forfeit their deposit.

Please advise that when making reservations you MUST change the arrival dates to match the Friday/Saturday contracted dates. If you do not change dates you will be told there is no availability in the block. If you do need to book outside of the contracted dates please call the hotel and ask for sales as rooms outside of the block are based on availability at the time of booking.
