We please ask you follow the timeline listed on the Home Page and arrive between 3:30-3:45 PM but no later. The venue is outdoors and there is a long walk from the main building to the alter, so we please ask guests to have found seating by the time the ceremony starts. Should you find that you are late, we will have staff ask that you wait by the reception area. Thank you!

While we'd absolutely love to have everyone help us celebrate this magical day, we must ask you to check your invitation for a plus one so we can stay within the venue's capacity. Thank you!

While we love your little ones, due to the capacity of the venue, we please ask you check your invitation for the number of people allowed. We are reserving spots for those with older children we are close to, or with friends who have recently had children. We thank you for understanding and hope you take this opportunity to have fun and let your hair down for a night!

We would love to see our family members and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire for our evening. This means no jeans, T-shirts, or flip-flops. We also ask you refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, creams, and ivories.

We have decided to not do a hotel block. This will allow everyone to pick accommodations that are best suited to their needs! Please go to the Travel tab for a list of some hotels closest to the DownTown location.

We please ask you RSVP NO LATER than June 1st. We appreciate any earlier responses though! If we do not hear from you by June 1st, 2024, we shall assume you are unable to make it. Thank you so much!
