Jaden and Abby became great friends in their US History class freshman year of high school. Their friendship grew throughout the year as Abby sat behind Jaden. The two shared many conversations over Ohio State football and their time in sports... never much conversation about the actual history class.

If you were to ask Jaden for his point of view of the love story he would say that he invited Abby to get ice cream while he was working at Culver's and the rest was history. I guess he was just confident that his tactic would work. I mean who could really resist ice cream.

If you were to ask Abby for her point of view, it would be a bit more complicated. See, when Jaden first invited her for the infamous ice cream she was happy to accept but that did not mean she liked him. The two texted all the time, facetimed after school, went to Friday night football games together, and even hung out after school but that did not mean that Abby liked him. They had a bit of a denial situation on their hands.

After weeks of talking 24/7 Abby came to terms with her feelings. She admitted that she liked him over snap chat. Very serious deal for some 16-year-olds. From there, Jaden asked Abby to be his girlfriend and the rest is really history.

Jaden and Abby spent the rest of their junior year learning what it meant to fall in love and grew their relationship through the pandemic. The two spent every part of their senior year together by supporting each other through their sports, attending prom, and celebrating high school graduation. They made the transition to UNO together and figured out what it meant to start adulthood. As they worked towards their degrees Jaden and Abby continued to support one another and grow in their relationship. The two now live together with their puppy Ozzie happily ever after.
