Adam and Abigail met on a dating app in December of 2016. They had their first beer together at Bayern Brewery in Missoula, MT.

They were both in sort of a transitional phase in their lives , with Adam moving back to Whitefish, MT to continue work at the Whitefish Lake Golf Course and Abigail just starting her first job as a nurse at St.Patrick Hospital, here in Missoula.

They clicked almost instantly and even went bowling that same night. Adam also, incidentally, met some of Abigail's family that same night!

Both were unsure about seriously dating at the start, but it soon became apparent that nothing was quite as sweet, fun or amazing without the other. Adam did move back to Whitefish and the first part of the relationship was spent at a distance, with each visiting any chance they got. Adam came back to Missoula during the winter months.

After about 2 years, Abigail had dreams of travel nursing. So the two ventured to Phoenix, AZ, where they lived and worked for a short time. Then they moved back to Whitefish to live for about 1 year and are now in Helena, MT. They are hoping to purchase a home and settle in Missoula.

During the 4.5 years of the relationship, they have spent their time laughing hard, adventuring hard and loving even harder. They never miss a chance to go on a vacation, trip, hike, concert, brewery or new place.

On an annual Flathead Lake boating trip, (after 4 years of dating), Adam proposed in front of a small group of friends on a island on the lake at sunset. It was on his birthday! Abigail was nothing short of surprised, but she said yes!
