Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?


Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Oak Barn at Loyalty LLC at 14572 Loyalty Rd, Leesburg, VA 20176. Cocktail hour will occur between the ceremony and reception.


What's the dress code?


Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.


Do I get a plus one? Are kids invited?


Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your kid's are listed on your wedding invitation, we would love to have them there, but please feel free to enjoy a night out to yourself as well!


Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?


Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). Guests also have the option to go indoors during cocktail hour to cool off. The reception will be held indoors in the temperature-controlled barn.


What will the weather be like this time of year?


Northern Virginia in July promises to be HOT. We advise dressing in lighter fabrics.


Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?


We’ve hired a photographer, and we’d love to have photos with no phones in them. Please put away your cameras and phones during our wedding ceremony. That being said, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like during cocktail hour and the reception and send them to us! We are excited to see our day from our guests point of view!


Is there parking available at your wedding venue(s)?


Yes, parking is available on-site.


Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?


Shuttles will not be provided to the venue. We suggest getting an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the venue if planning to take the shuttle back at the end of the night.


Due to the remote nature of the venue and difficulty getting Uber/Lyft/Taxi late at night, a shuttle bus will be provided back to One Loudoun (where the Tru by Hilton Hotel is located, specifically 44732 Endicott Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147) following the reception. We will have an after party at a bar in One Loudoun as well.


Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?


Yes, guests with dietary restrictions or allergies should indicate this on their RSVP and accommodation will be made.


Will there be an open bar?


Absolutely!


What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?


Our reception will end promptly at 11 pm due to county noise ordinances. We will be having an after-party within walking distance of the Tru by Hilton Hotel at One Loudoun.


Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?


Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony and immediately family.


We will be providing “welcome drinks” for our out-of-town guests following the rehearsal dinner.
