Abigail and Ricky met back in 2017 through mutual friends while at the University of Akron (Go Zips!). Although they were in the same Biology class, it took a Hawaiian party to get to talking. Over a summer of Friday date nights and Abigail learning a city called Mayfield Heights existed, Ricky made things official in November 2018. They have had the best of times over the years - from traveling, to hosting parties in their home, to being cat parents and all the small beautiful moments that come with doing life together. Being boyfriend and girlfriend was great, but after almost six and a half years, it was time to upgrade to fiancés! Ricky proposed on April 12th 2025, AKA the best day ever. That is until the Big Day! This has been a long time coming, please make sure to celebrate accordingly.
