We are so excited to share our favorite place with our favorite people! The Graduate is located on the Fayetteville Square and is walking distance from some of our favorite local boutiques and shopping, Dickson Street and other local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and steps away from the Saturday farmers market on the square. It is about a 20 minute drive to our venue, and a 5 minute drive to Old Main (Woo Pig!).




For both single King bed rooms and 2 Queen bed rooms at our discounted rate is $209.00/night.




For The Graduate staff to best accomodate our guests, they recommend to book well in advance in effort to keep our guests rooms close together, with an option to select an adjoining room preference. Let us know if you have questions or plan to stay so we can count you in our block!
