WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE ?
Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Floor length autumn inspired gowns and suits.
Please no denim, khakis or shades of white.
The bridal party will be wearing shades of green.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
As we love all of the kids in our family and extended, we are asking for no kids at the wedding unless your invitation states otherwise. Kids in our bridal party will be here to party before it's bedtime. Please use this as a night out for yourself!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
HOW DO I RSVP?
Under the RSVP tap on the website. After searching you name you will be prompted to accept or decline for yourself and each additional guest if applicable.
Make sure to hit submit at the end!!
WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding please let us know by going to the RSVP tab and clicking decline and follow the prompts. Please make sure to hit submit.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to allow for parking and finding a seat.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Valet Parking is required. You will pull up right to the front of The Three Village Inn, steps away from the front lawn where the ceremony will begin. Please allow Three Village Inn to safely park and retrieve your car.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
We are having an unplugged ceremony meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones be placed on silent and put away. We want everyone to be fully present and for our wonderful photographer to be able to capture the best pictures.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
The drinks for the cocktail hour and reception are on us! Please drink and enjoy responsibly. We have shuttles to bring guests back to the hotels; we want to make sure everyone gets home safely.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
The ceremony will be outdoors in the beautiful front lawn of Three Village Inn. The cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor. There is a gorgeous patio that will be open throughout the entire party to enjoy.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED TO/FROM THE WEDDING?
Yes, there is a shuttle that will pick up guest from the first hotel, The Holiday Inn, at 4pm then make a stop at the Hilton Garden Inn, and depart at 4:30pm to the venue.
The shuttle will then make a second round trip for late-comers.
The shuttle will stay on site at the wedding venue for any early trips back. At the end of the night there will be scheduled departures at 11pm and 12:30 back to the hotels. Ubers and Lyft are also very available if needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Unfortunately you will be marked as a no if you do not respond by the deadline date. We will miss you celebrating with us.
WHAT ABOUT THE AFTER PARTY?
The after party will be at Three Village Inn down the hall from the reception room at the Tavern. The after party will be cash bar, but there will be late night munchies for all to snack on!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Please arrive 10-20 minutes prior to have time to take your seat.
