We know just how busy life can be, and it's okay to put those cards on the fridge and forget about them for a while. We are guilty of it too! However, we do ask that you please RSVP by January 1, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount to give to our vendors! We appreciate your understanding!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. The doors will shut at 3:55 PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. You will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
After the ceremony is completed, we do ask that you make your way to the sides of the dance floor. This way our wonderful house party and vendors can transition from the ceremony decorations to the reception decorations.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be reserved seating in the chairs. If you are not in reserved seating, please find a table and chair where you can see the ceremony! We do not have a lot of space for the ceremony and want our family members to be able to sit close to us. We appreciate your understanding!
The reception will be open seating except for the circle tables on the dance floor!
Can I bring alcohol in?
No, you cannot bring in your own alcohol. We will be serving Michelob Ultra and Coors Lite. We will also have Margaritas available.
