All reservations must be received by Wednesday, May 08, 2024. A major credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm the room reservation.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION:

Individual reservations may be cancelled by 4:00pm local time, 48 hours prior to arrival date without penalty. If individual reservation is cancelled or modified within this period, guest will be charged one night room and tax.

Please contact the hotel directly at 574-232-4000 to make your reservation in the “Pitts/Fields Wedding Room Block”.

All reservations must be received by Wednesday, May 08, 2024.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Any individual room cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night’s room and tax.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS:

Individual reservations must be made by calling Comfort Suites at (574) 272-1500 and referencing FIELDS & PITTS WEDDING GROUP.

Individual reservations must be made no later than Monday, May 6th 2024.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled 48 hrs. prior to the arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit.
