The ceremony and reception will be held at Equestria West (3913 Bavaria Rd, Chaska, MN 55318). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in their courtyard while the dinner and reception will be held in the venue's ballroom.

Yes, there is plenty of parking space at our venue. If needed, you can leave your car at the venue overnight. Cars can stay parked at the venue until 11:00 a.m the next day.

Yes! We would love to see our guests get dressed up with us! Semi - Formal / Formal wear is suggested. This may include a jacket and tie or a traditional suit for gentlemen. For women, floor-length or midi-length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white.

If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, the venue's security will lead you to an area inside, where you will wait, until the ceremony is complete. To avoid this please give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the venue and take your seat before the ceremony begins.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!

Our venue does not allow outside alcohol to be brought into the wedding. Please, do not bring any shooters, beers, seltzers, or any other type of alcohol. There will be drinks provided through our caterer at the wedding.
